Vicki Willock

A Principal at Willock Partners, Vicki specializes in arranging private placements of debt and equity, as well advising companies requiring sell side M&A assignments. Vicki brings over 26 years of corporate finance experience to Fundamental Capital.

While with MCRC, a partnership of John Hancock's, she provided equity and debt investments to less than investment grade companies and startups. She also worked in John Hancock's private placement group and venture capital arm in the early 1980s. Vicki became a senior member of the Bank of America Capital Markets Group specializing in debt and equity private placements in the mid-1980s. As Managing Director, she ran Chase Manhattan's West Coast Corporate Finance operations for over six years, and subsequently established KPMG Peat Marwick's Northwest Corporate Finance operations.

She sits on the Board of Directors of Larkin Street Youth Services, and is a past member of the Board of Directors and past President of the San Francisco Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and past Director of Tri Valley Growers and The Child Center, a private school for students with ADD.
