Steve Gold

Steven Gold manages the endowment of various foundations -- selecting and monitoring outside money mangers as well as investing in private equity situations, with an emphasis in small start-up companies.

Steven also founded Sustainable Grantmaking Partners, a program for foundations and voluntary healthcare organizations which facilitates the organizations investing in companies that commercialize research funded by the foundations.   Prior to Sustainable Grantmaking Partners, Steven worked with various investment firms, with an emphasis on venture capital and management buy-outs. 

Steven received a BA from University of California Berkeley , and a Juris Doctor � Masters of Management from Northwestern University.
