Nitin Mehta

Nitin is an active private investor in Silicon Valley. Through his merchant banking and investment company, Mehta & Company, Inc., and as an entrepreneur, he starts and invests in companies, nurtures entrepreneurs, and does investment-banking transactions. He brings a unique blend of talent and over 30 years of experience to participate actively with founders/entrepreneurs in building winning companies.

Previously, Nitin was a General Partner of a $10 billion investment and venture capital firm, Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners (now LightSpeed). He also spent five years with McKinsey & Company. Nitin’s management experience includes executive roles and ownership interests in Royal Viking Line, Handi-Kup, Pyramid Health Group, Inc., and QuadraMed.

Nitin is a co-founder and board member of several companies and non-profit entities. He holds a BSME degree, summa cum laude from S.D. Tech, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, and a Doctorate in Business Policy from the Harvard Business School.
