Dan W. Lufkin

Widely known as a co-founder of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Questor Partners, Dan has been actively involved in investing, managing and restructuring companies in a broad range of industries. He pioneered the initial public offering of DLJ, the first Wall Street investment bank to go public. Dan served on the Board of Governors of the New York Stock Exchange, and was the first Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection for the State of Connecticut. For the past 20 years he has been active in private and public company investment and management. Dan currently serves as a director and consultant to a number of public and private companies and non-profit endeavors. Dan received his Bachelor's degree from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
