Kevin Keenley

As Managing Principal, Kevin manages the daily operations of Fundamental Capital. Kevin brings a unique perspective to private equity; drawing upon his experience as a private equity investor, board member, operating executive, and capital provider to lower and middle market companies. His private equity experience includes roles with Questor Partners and Heller Investments, focusing primarily on transactions for businesses that require strategic and operating assistance. He led the acquisition of companies such as Schwinn Cycling & Fitness and related add-on investments and also served as Interim CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Kevin's efforts with Schwinn were recognized in 1999, when he was named Outstanding Young Turnaround Manager by Turnarounds and Workouts magazine.

Early in his career, Kevin held roles in the Corporate Finance Group of Heller Financial and Arthur Andersen & Co. Kevin is an investment committee member with Pacific Community Ventures, member of the Alliance of Chief Executives and board member of the San Francisco chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Kevin also sits on the board of Allen Technologies Inc. and Bentek Corporation. Kevin received his Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University 's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
