Don Reinke

Don is a law partner with Reed Smith and has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer in the areas of venture capital finance, public securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate representation of emerging growth companies.

Don has authored several articles on venture capital financing and he is a frequent speaker and panelist for the State Bar of California and CLE International covering corporate finance, venture capital and securities law topics. Don currently serves as Co-editor and chapter author to the California State Bar's soon-to-be-published book entitled Practice Guide to California's Blue Sky Securities Law.

Prior to Reed Smith, Don was a former Partner with Crosby Heafey Roach & May, and Managing Partner of Bay Venture Counsel. He holds a B.A. from Pomona College and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
