Fundamental Capital utilizes our core team of Operating Partners to work with management teams to design and implement their strategic plan. Depending on the needs of the company, these operating partners will serve as board members, CEO mentors, advisors, or interim executives.

CEOs Who Have "Been There"
Only a CEO who has built a business from the ground up can truly appreciate the day-to-day and long-term challenges a company faces. There is no substitute for experience.

In order to qualify as an Operating Partner, our executives must have successfully run a business with revenues less than $100 million at some point during their tenure. Most of our Operating Partners also benefit from executive positions at larger firms as well; providing management with the experience necessary to design best practice processes to prepare for the challenges of taking their business to new levels.

Our core group of Operating Partners are supplemented by a network of over 100 CEOs who are available to work with portfolio companies based upon their functional and industry expertise.

Third Party Consultants and Advisors
Companies often require specialized advice and services to address specific tactical and operational issues. We work closely with a select group of firms that can assist with issues such as lean manufacturing, overseas outsourcing, location expansion, personnel development, and other project-oriented tasks.

Through our relationship with Pacific Community Ventures, a Founding Investor and Executive Board member of Fundamental Capital, portfolio companies gain access to their Business Advisory Program and other services, including employee training and compensation programs.
